How does the design process work?

 

Choose the design service or package that best fits your branding needs. Complete your purchase. You will then receive confirmation via email followed by a design form to complete including the specifics of your project. Once the form is received, you will be provided with a project start date. The designs are then created using the details. provided by you and sent to you via email for proofing. Once the proofing/revision

process is complete, your approval will be required. After approval, the final files will be emailed to you.

 

How do I book a photography request?

 

Choose the session that you prefer. Once the purchase is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation to set the date, time, and location of the shoot. Feel free to contact us before purchasing to check availability for a specific date.

 

I need this done ASAP!

 

We like to take our time creating each request tailored specifically to you! At this time rush service is currently not available on any of our services.

 

What program do you use to design and edit?

Logo designs are created in a vector based program, Adobe Illustrator. All other designs are created utilizing Adobe Photoshop and also Illustrator. Photography editing is done via Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

 

What is the turnaround time?

 

Every project is different. You will be provided with a project start date and end date depending on the request submission date and all required info being submitted in a timely manner.

 

How many revisions are allowed with my graphic design or logo?

 

Each design is allowed 2 rounds of changes. Any additional changes will incur additional fees.

 

How will I receive my designs once they are completed?

 

All designs will be received via email.

 

How will I receive my photos once they are done being edited?

You will receive a link to an online gallery to view your images.

 

What is the refund policy?

 

Once a design project has started and work has begun there will be no refunds issued. You have until the project start date to cancel an order and receive a refund. Should you cancel an order you will be charged a $50 booking fee.

There are no refunds on photoshoots. Should the client need to reschedule there will be a $25 rescheduling fee.
