COMMUNICATION

 

All communication will be done via email. The client has the option to schedule a consultation call to discuss details about their project. Working business days are Monday-Friday unless you have been scheduled for an appointment or photoshoot. You can expect an email reply from the designer within 24-48 hours regarding your project.

 

DESIGN FORM

 

Once your order has been placed, please be advised that additional information will be requested from you in order to start this project. You should expect an email within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. All content from the client is due at least one day prior to the project start date. If the content from the client is not received by the project start date time frame, this will push the project back to another start date that the designer has available.

 

PERMISSIONS

 

7312 Kreative Studio will have rights to share the completed work designed on social media, and the business website for the sole purpose of self-promotion.

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

 

Once a design project has started and work has begun there will be no refunds issued. You have until the project start date to cancel an order and receive a refund. Should you cancel an order you will be charged a $50 booking fee.

 There are no refunds on photoshoots. Should the client need to reschedule there will be a $25 rescheduling fee.

 

CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

We may revise and update these terms in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately once they are public. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. Please be advised to check this page periodically to be aware of any changes that may occur.
